Yes, one of those situations when you say \"never\" knowing the saying .<\/em><\/p>\n I was then so caught up in the mirage and power that being a trainer gives you in front of groups! The buzz born from the atmosphere you create like a magician, the way people respond to the activities you propose, the mood they leave the training room in. All this has kept me in Training for over 13 years. I still deliver training. But now I also know why I used to say \"No\" to coaching.<\/p>\n Silence. How we handle the silences of the person in front of us says a lot about our level of inner maturity.<\/strong><\/p>\n In training there is only silence if the trainer is silent. And he can choose to talk as much as he wants. And keep in mind that I am a trainer who delivers experiences! And I still feel now, looking back, that I was running from silences.<\/p>\n Now I work with champions. With people who recognise that there is a gap between their dreams and reality. Entrepreneurs, managers, leaders, employees, people. Like them, I recognised that I felt a dissonance between my dream of reconciling the world and increasing the 'amount' of happiness in the world.
