You read about therapy. You've read about coaching. Now it's time to choose!<\/p>\n

Which will help you more - a therapist or a coach?<\/em><\/p>\n

The differences between therapy and coaching are not so far apart.<\/p>\n

But each of them can only help you with part of your life.<\/p>\n

Today I decided to explain when you should visit a therapist or coach, how you can make the right choice.<\/em><\/p>\n

You should see a therapist if...<\/p>\n

\u2689 You struggle with symptoms that affect your mental state, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders and so on<\/p>\n

\u2689 You need to heal, you need to let go of past traumas<\/p>\n

\u2689 You need support in managing your emotions<\/p>\n

You should seek coaching if...<\/p>\n

\u2689 You want to remove some blockages in your life<\/p>\n

\u2689 You want to set goals and actually achieve them<\/p>\n

\u2689 You want to get out of your comfort zone<\/p>\n

\u2689 You want to stop harmful habits and replace them with healthy ones<\/p>\n

\u2689 You want to eliminate the inner voice that always criticizes you<\/p>\n

\u2689 Feeling confused about the next chapter of your life and need guidance<\/p>\n

\u2689 Something is missing and you need to find the missing puzzle pieces<\/p>\n

\u2689 You need to access your inner motivation to succeed<\/p>\n

So, in conclusion, therapy helps when it comes to deep trauma. Coaching helps you when you need to start your life and build your future.<\/strong><\/p>\n
