Good self-esteem helps you live life to the fullest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Self-esteem is our own view of our worth. This sentence should be enough to help you see why you might have problems with self-esteem.<\/p>\n

Our self-esteem does not necessarily represent us.<\/em><\/p>\n

Some people have high self-esteem just because they are trapped in their reality, because they haven't learned many things. On the other hand, there are professionals with a lot of knowledge and skills, technical or emotional, who do not consider themselves worthy of success.<\/p>\n

Self-esteem is a characteristic influenced by many factors. Most of them hidden. These influences could even come from childhood or adolescence. And our brains don't always understand that we are not the same person we were 10 years ago. We might not even be the same person we were 2 months ago!<\/p>\n

Lack of self-esteem generally affects our happiness and careers.<\/em><\/p>\n

In terms of happiness, when someone doesn't feel worthy of what they have, they will most likely throw themselves into sadness and other negative feelings. It will also make others sad. It creates a vicious cycle of low self-esteem, causing everyone involved to not feel good enough.<\/p>\n

Our happiness influences our career. And vice versa.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If we are not happy in our personal lives we will slowly lose interest in our careers too. If our career does not bring us any joy, we will not feel fulfilled in our private life. This is why improving self-esteem should become a priority!<\/p>\n

Career coaching is what will help you improve your self-esteem. When you have a good career and when you earn a lot of money to make you feel secure, you will definitely feel better about yourself.<\/p>\n
