The year is 2020. The great year of change, new beginnings, new opportunities. Nothing could have prepared us for what has happened and is still happening this year.<\/p>\n
There have been a lot of new beginnings and a lot of changes. But not necessarily positive ones. Or easy. Not the kind of changes you'd look back on and say were the best decisions of your life. They weren't even our decisions.<\/p>\n
We had to adapt to a new normal.<\/strong><\/p>\n And now, almost at the end of the year, you can look back and analyse: How has business been so far? What do you need to change? What can you do to improve your business?<\/em><\/p>\n These are the easiest questions.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n In order to ask the right and fair questions you need to work from the outside as well as with someone outside your business.
