{"id":4204,"date":"2023-05-10T18:57:26","date_gmt":"2023-05-10T16:57:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oliviapodobea.com\/?p=4204"},"modified":"2023-05-10T18:57:26","modified_gmt":"2023-05-10T16:57:26","slug":"tu-cum-obtii-succesul","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oliviapodobea.com\/en\/tu-cum-obtii-succesul\/","title":{"rendered":"How do you obtain succes?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The path to success resembles a pyramid, with its pillars ascending from the top downward:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The pinnacle is\u00a0<strong><em>knowledge.<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0To identify it,\u00a0<strong><em>explore what you already know<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The middle section is<strong>\u00a0skills,<\/strong>\u00a0which you uncover when addressing the question:\u00a0<strong><em>How do I apply my knowledge effectively?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The foundation consists of\u00a0<strong>attitude,<\/strong>created by one's perceived benefits in pursuing a goal\u00a0<strong><em>and the confidence in achieving it\u2014understanding why you want to pursue it.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>It also rests on<strong><em>\u00a0and\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>beliefs concerning your aspirations.<\/p>\n<p>Training focuses on enhancing knowledge and skills. However, we've all encountered individuals who possess extensive knowledge and skills, yet they do not achieve success.  It's been assumed that they lack the right attitude, and to some extent, this is true.<\/p>\n<p>Even those who comprehend why they desire something in life don't always attain it.\u00a0<em>The root cause is in the subconscious mind,<\/em>akin to a computer's hard drive, running programs of which, we are not aware, and which aren't conducive to the type of success we seek.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Coaching addresses both attitudes and beliefs.<\/strong><\/em><strong>.<\/strong>\u00a0I place significant emphasis on attitude, and beliefs are equally crucial. We consistently strive to enhance our knowledge and skills.<\/p>\n<p>Much less frequently do we pause to assess if our attitude is appropriate in every circumstance. Nevertheless, the personal development industry made progress, despite the almost evangelical promotion of a positive attitude, which isn't always the best approach but represents a step forward.<\/p>\n<p><strong>However, attitude alone isn't sufficient.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Seldom, if ever, do we critically evaluate our thought processes, considering how and why we think the way we do. We rarely question the origins of the thoughts to which we're so attached because, ultimately, they are our own. We fail to do this because, well..., it's just the way we are, and we're resistant to change.<\/p>\n<p>Just as we brush our teeth, it would be useful to cleanse our minds from time to time.
