Azi vorbesc despre cateva elemente constatate in practica mea cu echipele de manageri din companiile multinationale. Constatarile sunt facute dupa cei 17 ani de activitate in astfel de medii.<\/p>\n<p>Am observat ca se da putin feedback pozitiv, se vorbeste oamenilor foarte putin despre acele comportamente concrete ale lor care sunt bune, care duc la rezultate bune si este extraordinar de mare pierderea in acest sens. Noi avem impresia ca oamenii din jur stiu foarte bine ceea ce consideram noi ca ei fac bine si ca nu mai are niciun sens sa punem in cuvinte lucrul acesta, ca e deja implicit, de la sine inteles.
