We are all happy to leave 2020 in the past.

It has been a year full of unexpected experiences, negative feelings and energies, hardships and changes. Of course, it brought us a great opportunity to reflect, adapt and evolve. But this year has been a wave of feelings and the excitement for 2021 is starting to fill the air.

And what better way to end the year than to reflect on your life, your desires and how you can achieve everything you want?

 

Ask, reflect, act

For today we have prepared a short exercise. Ask yourself these questions and write down your answers. Then reflect on them, what brings you joy, what you regret and what steps you need to take.

What do you really want in life?

And what else? - this is a more powerful question, I give it to you as a gift. I also thank Rich Litvin for this.
