The hardest part is writing about yourself.
I will do it because I am my business, I am my brand and then I have to get over my emotions, my modesty or even arrogance.
My story begins in the 80s when I chose to become a teacher. I liked my teacher very much and I felt from then on that my destiny would be about people. I finished pedagogical high school in Bucharest and became a teacher.
The next step was to choose my university. I clearly remember when I was 6 years old, one night, watching Dallas, like my whole generation, I told myself that I wanted to speak English like Pamela Ewing.
I learned English, I graduated Foreign Languages Faculty, I speak and love English, and those around me tell me I have an American accent.
So I've been an English teacher, an English translator (what great books I've translated!) and I'm still an English interpreter.
This is how I ended up in private education in Bucharest where I managed three private schools and kindergartens until 2007.
When Romania joined the EU, I went into business. I opened Romania's first recruitment company for teachers. I had a background in teaching, though!
Since 2009, I have moved from recruiting teachers to non-teaching, from teaching to training and started working with companies such as Hervis, Turbomecanica, Praktiker, C&A, TBI Credit, Otter, Romanian Football Federation, Salesianer Brasov, Velrom, Vel Pitar, Real Grup Invest, and the list goes on.
After years of recruiting, training and teambuilding, 2020 marks the transition to coaching based on my training in the field, but especially on my ability to put myself at the service of the person in front of me.
I will continue to organise trainings and teambuildings because my passion to pass on, develop and support people remains!
