In a previous post I told you about the difference between customers and partnerships:

In coaching both parties must be honest and involved in the process.
If only the coach makes efforts and the client refuses to cooperate, then the coaching sessions will not produce results. On the other hand, if the coaching is done without a real interest in the client and with no progress in mind, the coaching sessions will again fail.
That's why coaching is more about partnerships than a client-salesperson relationship.
I enjoy building cooperative and collaborative relationships with my clients. I'm really interested in their progress. I chose to be a life coach to help them evolve and create a better future for themselves.
And every client I meet helps me evolve.

Moreover, coaching does not mean healing, as I told you before.
Coaching is about growth and moving forward.
That is why I believe that a life coach and the client must work together to achieve higher goals. You can climb the stairs to success only when you gather around you valuable people who do not drag you down. On the contrary, you need to surround yourself with people who are on the same level or even higher than you.
