Changes, habits and coaching

"How long does the coaching process take?", I am asked.

"How radical is the change you want?" they reply.

"Is it enough to meet in coaching sessions?", I am asked.

"How consistent are you?", I reply.

Life is a series of small decisions. A major change is often the sum total of small changes made at the right time, kept consistently and become habit.

Knowing something mentally does not mean you can already apply that information. Applying it once doesn't mean it becomes habit.
