I've really messed up!

I took so long yesterday, Friday, to send the newsletter to my clients. There have been many changes recently and we had already taken a long enough break. Besides, I had already violated my own definition of integrity – do what you say - because I had told myself that I would send the newsletter on Thursday.

I already had the text and the format (there I still use formats, templates) because I have a help for this, a great person, and I set out determined to send a new sign, a new thought of analysis to my clients. The climax, with the title Customers or partners? What do you have?

It took me a good few hours to solve a detail related to a link, copying a code from one part to another, details that otherwise would have meant minutes and that's it. Things weren't going well and I didn't see that it was more important to find my peace at that moment, to let time pass and even come back to what I really believe: everything has its time and maybe now was not the time to send this newsletter.

Victory! at a certain moment, in a moment stolen from our family time on Friday evening (attention!), I managed to send the newsletter.

Which looks like this:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
<head>
<title></title>
</head>
<body>
And so on until the end. Can you imagine what I felt when I saw it in my own email box?

QUIET!

Here comes the most interesting part! In another moment of my life, the sky would have fallen on my head! I would have felt the need to call some of the clients who must have already seen it in their emails and explain.

This time, no. This time, I understood that:

  • I shouldn't have insisted on doing something that didn't need to be done at that moment
  • I have grown a lot inside myself since a few years ago and that's why now I have the inner strength to guide others as well
  • that the imagined fear of being considered incompetent and being subliminally rejected is still in me because you can't take off plasters you've been wearing for 46 years all at once, but it's now in the conscious area of my mind. Now I see and feel it when it appears and I know what to do when it creeps into my life.

For such moments of peace that I can give to others, I chose to leave recruitment and do coaching. For such moments and much more, I invite you to put your hand on your heart and ask yourself if you can make all the leaps of consciousness you need to reach your potential. I can't do it alone.

I invite you to work together. Yes, directly. I invite you. To cut the boot from under your feet, especially you, the one who says now, that you don't need anyone.

Write me what you know enough don't know alone. We both make the jump.
