It's Saturday and, in the quiet of the house where I'm now alone for a few hours, I'm listening to my online mentor. He doesn't know about me or that he is my mentor, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that I listen to ideas about coaching, I see him working with a person, and that's when I understand how many barriers I still put up.
Today, however, I am giving one more to the side.
I have now chosen to put aside the idea that on my blog I must have images for each article.
I have now chosen to put aside the idea that if I don't write with diacritics, it is proof of a lack of professionalism.
I have now chosen not to edit anything I write, but only to write.
I write for the sake of writing, for how it makes me feel, for the energy it transmits to you, I don't write (or I don't want to write anymore) to promote myself.
The thought of choosing photos, the thought of editing blocks me and that's why I haven't written in months. Only the choice to let myself be free to write how I feel now gives me the energy we generally need to create. When I don't create, I don't discover, I don't make mistakes, I don't bring value, I don't earn money, I don't attract clients, I deny my essence.
If you, the one reading now, also identify those parts of your life in which you are hindered by form, by the fact that you are told that you must do in a certain way to be successful, but you feel otherwise, remember!
Your voice and your essence are no longer felt when you beautify!
What you are and what you want to put into the world disappears under layers of plaster like this, beliefs, limitations that you embrace without realizing it and that you then even take pride in and say "that's who I am".
