Which will help you more - a therapist or a coach?

The differences between therapy and coaching are not so far apart.

But each of them can only help you with part of your life.

Today I decided to explain when you should visit a therapist or coach, how you can make the right choice.

You should see a therapist if...

⚉ You struggle with symptoms that affect your mental state, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders and so on

⚉ You need to heal, you need to let go of past traumas

⚉ You need support in managing your emotions

You should seek coaching if...

⚉ You want to remove some blockages in your life

⚉ You want to set goals and actually achieve them

⚉ You want to get out of your comfort zone

⚉ You want to stop harmful habits and replace them with healthy ones

⚉ You want to eliminate the inner voice that always criticizes you

⚉ Feeling confused about the next chapter of your life and need guidance

⚉ Something is missing and you need to find the missing puzzle pieces

⚉ You need to access your inner motivation to succeed

⚉ You want to be more responsible

⚉ You want to use tools that will help you achieve your biggest dreams

⚉ You want to learn how to live life to the fullest

So, in conclusion, therapy helps when it comes to deep trauma. Coaching helps you when you need to start your life and build your future.
