I remembered a speech by Mihaela Tatu that I heard live several years ago. She talked about how at that point in her life she was no longer making decisions, but choices. Decisions are about the past, she said, and everyone in the room nodded in agreement. I had no idea, I didn't understand anything, but I was pretending.
